ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO TRAIN MUAY THAI WITH US, FROM BEGINNERS TO SEASONED FIGHTERS. YOUR KRU WILL TAILOR YOUR TRAINING TO YOU.
CLASSES CONSIST OF A WARM UP, BAGWORK, PADWORK, DRILLING OR SPARRING AND A BURN OUT BEFORE STRETCHING.
WE HAVE GLOVES, WRAPS AND SHINPADS THAT CAN BE BORROWED FROM THE GYM BUT WE DO RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR OWN.
